[600MRG] Maine QRV again

[N1BUG]

I am once again QRV thanks to K5DNL and others. I now have a 
reliable 30 watts which gives me about half my legal limit. I will 
upgrade the power supply to reach 5W EIRP at some point.

My active times are very unpredictable, sometimes it will be early 
evenings and/or just prior to sunrise, other times the middle of the 
night. This activity has to fit around chasing new ones on 160 
meters! :-) I will do my best to work those who need Maine or just 
want a QSO.
