[600MRG] New VLF forum on QRZ.com

To encourage operating on the new 630-meter and 2200-meter bands, a forum has been added to the Technical Forums area on QRZ.com.

To avoid "the blind leading the blind", since there are very few amateur radio operators who are active on the QRZ.com site that have experience operating on LF and VLF, I am encouraging everyone to participate in the forum who can offer anything in the way of advice, including things like antennas and equipment.
