[600MRG] unmodulated carrier at 475 - Details as heard in EM75xr

Google WA4SZE to find a long history of beacon operation and controversy.

Continuous carrier on 475.0 was easily heard until daybreak.  Now (at 
10:30z) carrier not heard but a weak trace continues on ARGO.
