Hmmm... I don't remember that processor.  I know that Burk bought Gentner's remote control business - you might see if they have the manual.  http://www.burk.com/

Seems like another company bought Gentner's telephone interface business but I don't recall the name.  Maybe no one bought their processor business.  

Since it has the NRSC card, you can be sure it is meant for AM transmitter use, rather than FM.
