Please welcome my good friend, Roger Kuchera K1TG, to the forum. He is a
very active and technically competent ham with whom I have been in contact
for some time now.

He requested information from me on how to obtain a Part 5 license, and I
thought that the members of this forum would be the very best source of
such information.

Any help you can give him would be very much appreciated.
