[600MRG] Round two: U3 experiment

I have successfully gotten another test antenna on the air that falls into the "it should not load up and radiate but it does" category.  And no, its not an old buick out in the driveway on cinder blocks HI!  I am still working out the ERP numbers but I am calling it 25 mW ERP at the moment.. I may revise that after I run the numbers again.  Details after the experiment.


Its been heard by K5UV and KF5JIA in OK so far at respectable levels under the circumstances...

So WSPR reports are appreciated from all.  It will run tonight and tomorrow night, assuming it does not fail and will be shut down on Monday afternoon.
