[600MRG] XJM AND XIQ on wspr

This is the first I have seen of XJM for some time. I am surprised to see
that wspr2 decoded him at a -33 dB. The atmospherics must have gotten
really quiet at that time of the evening.

This decode of JL's came in at *-18* dB also last night. That is the best I
have seen in awhile. The conditions are gettin' better !!
