Heathkit
HW-100/101 and SB-100/101/101W/102.
- SBM-102-1. This is the
modification to all the above transceivers to eliminate the
"Miller Effect". This is what causes the driver and preselector
tuning to appear at different places in the control's range. There

R-390/R-390A
Rectifier tube modification.
- This
completely reversible modification replaces
the very difficult to find 26Z5W tubes with the much easier to
find and cheaper 12BW4s, which also provide a higher dissipation
rating and radiate less heat than the 26Z5Ws.
Modification to Heathkit IP-27.
- Here is a modification for the Heathkit IP-27 power supply to prevent the output pass-transistors from shorting due to a spike caused by too rapid rotation of the voltage range switch.
