I have two that I built when it first came out.  Actually used one to drive the other!  Now to change the ferrites to get down to 630M.  The Laird LF components will probably be my choice. Probably will also have to change the caps across the coils and not exactly sure how to calculate those.  I was going to go with the latest LDMOS devices, but since I already have these sitting on the shelf for 25 years......
