[600MRG] Approval @#$%^&* did I mess up

My advice......
Dont do anything. The UTC could care less what callsign you use! What if you change your ham callsign next year from N0UU to W0xyz? Would you still notify them? I doubt it.

Besides, their data entry field reads "CALLSIGN (if known)".   By rights, you could have left that entry blank.
