ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!!!

You have followed the rules, and therefore you are ready to go. DO NOT ask anyone for 
further "permission". First of all, they don't have any real authority in this matter, and 
secondly, as Warren points out, their "necessary" response would be "NO!" anyway.
