[600MRG] Approval message ?

Jon,

As a number of us have been advising, there is no need to wait beyond
the 30 days. The FCC never intended an "approval" process from UTC.
That's something that UTC created itself, and it has no regulatory
authority over us. The only thing that counts is a "denial" due to an
active PLC in these frequency ranges on lines within 1 km. That denial
must be issued within 30 days of your filing with them. Absent that, you
are OK to go without looking over your shoulder!
