Of more value would to know the frequencies they are using.  Of course security reasons would limit that, but:  Unlike the old days of crystal control, I'm betting that all of the gear they are using is synthesizer controlled and they could easily move out of the band and solve all of this stuff.  

I have three of the old Rycom signal generators used in the 1970s for tweaking that stuff.  Need to dig one out and see if they work.  Now using cheap BY stuff that is much handier, but probably not as clean.
