Yes, that's how it works.if they do not object then your clear to operate,
as long as one registered with them to begin with 30 days ago.
The other thing is that once that is done, you now have those freq's locked
in for the locations that you registered with the UTC for. Since they are
the UNLICENSED entity they will not be able to use them at one's registered
locations (once they approve or do not lodge an objection within those first
thirty days).
That becomes the other edge of that double edged sword process that they
insisted upon. But of course if one does not register their locations then
they might end up getting blocked from ever gaining a transmit use of 630
meters at that location. Whether one ever uses the 630meters or 2200meters
at those locations for transmissions or not, does not even enter in at this
point. It just locks it down if one as a truly
LICENSENCED entity now has the cleared opportunity for it, (as researched by
the UTC).
