[600MRG] Permission Notification

Scott-

I received no registration confirmation e-mail. I too took a screen shot of the pages as I entered my data and the "success" screen that I saw.  The system is far from error-free, no argument there. But this process is new to all parties involved. Good faith effort is about all we have to go on right now.. A year or so down the road the process may change (I hope!) and it will be better. Until then, we'll have to play this game as it's the only one in town.
