[600MRG] Mystery signal in Colorado

A few thoughts...



Is this signal being copied over a wide area by multiple stations, or is it only being heard by one station?  If only one station has heard it so far, has that operator checked his own house and neighborhood?  The description sounds a lot like the kind of interference created by a switching power supply.
