[600MRG] Mystery WSPR station

At 1606z I decoded the same (MQ3MLV RQ57) on 2200 meter WSPR. It 
really is just a garbage decode. I don't have the specifics, but 
there were three or four such false decodes that were quite 
prevalent on 630 meters last winter. It seems like the decoder is 
predisposed to "make up" these often seen phantom calls and grids 
from noise or interference. Who knows why, but it happens.
