[600MRG] In Summary - WSPR "flavors"

I wonder if someday we might have "augmented" reception where the 
receiving station knows (via the internet and GPS) the precise frequency 
in addition to time precise enough to put each received bit in a "bin".  
In augmented cellphone GPS locating, the data on the GPS satellite 
locations is received from the strong cell network rather than derived 
from the weak satellite signals themselves.
