One thing that struck me during this discussion were the comments
that WSPR-15 is rarely used or hasn't caught on. At the same time,
most seem to agree the only software version which supports the
WSPR-15 variant is buggy and just plain unstable on some systems.
Would it be more popular if the software were mature and stable?
Personally I would like to see some WSPR-15 activity on LF and MF to
see what we could do with the weaker signals. If and when I get
licensed and get a station together I would certainly be interested
in transmitting WSPR-15.
