Hello all,

 

You guys have been great, sending me comments and pointing out errors and
confusions.  I'm keeping a careful log of all the comments to be added to
the notes in due course.  I'm not too worried about obvious typos and
grammar just yet, most of that will get fixed in more final versions but I
definitely need to know when I have your call sign wrong!   Two of those
already!

 

Keep up the comments, they really help.
