[600MRG] wspr 15 that didn't decode - with screenshot link

Hi all:

The thing that aggravates me the most when using WSPR is the " all, or not at all " reception to get a decode.
The link to a screen grab shows a 4 hour window of WSPR-15 reception here.. WD2XSH/15 is seen with some
quite noticable start up drift during transmission.. WG2XKA can be clearly seen in the 17:45 time slot, but no
decode .. just not quite enough reception over the period for the software to get it..
