[600MRG] 137 WSPR operation

The W7IUV WSPR RX will be shut down for a while. I will be running the TX beacon off and on during the day and should have it going at 50% overnight WX permitting. Not sure yet but might just leave it go until WX forces me to shut it down again. I still don't have the transceive function working so while the beacon is running there won't be any RX reports.
