[600MRG] Inductor design chapter

Hello all,

 

Some of you may have noticed, I have removed chapter 6, the inductor design
chapter, from my web page.  As far as I know there aren't any major errors
but I've been deeply dissatisfied with my writing in this chapter so it has
been withdrawn and is undergoing a complete rewrite.  That however, will
take some time.  This is an opportunity to add more stuff so if any of you
want to suggest additional material just send me a note.
