That's why its important to get that filed as soonAs possible because it's also stated elsewhere in those new rules. After that hasBeen established with no plc data having been on those lines yet. Any new changes by either party no longer falls under this restriction as far as 630meter and 2200meter interference is concerned, meaning one or the other party is stuck.....oh yeah..keep good documented records also, they might come in handy someday...
