[600MRG] Icom 7100

I just bought an Icom 7100 primarily for mobile operation.
I had the MARS mod done and I discovered that it will put out 25W PEP on 
50kHz. I have not put it on a spectrum analyzer yet and I have not 
checked to see if the output transformer was overheating so proceed 
cautiously.
