[600MRG] XKA CW Event Beacon - 475.30 kHz

For the weekend cross border event, WG2XKA is running a continuous beacon
at 475.30 kHz.  Daytime power now is 60W out, will go QRO at sunset.

For those running WSJT-X with the wide spectrum display, the beacon appears
at '1100' when your RX is at the normal WSPR frequency of 474.20, USB.  I
will also be looking for JT9 action periodically.
