[600MRG] ebay variometer?

It looks like the same motor that is on the 6RPM gearhead motor on my 
Vac Variable.  It only draws about 35mA turning the cap, which is fairly 
stiff in one direction.  Full load would be >100mA.  With 0.6RPM 
gearing, you should be able to (slowly) twist bolt heads off!

Too bad you won't have cake any
