Notice that this is a very small motor.

If your vari-coil is 50 turns wound on a 5 gallon bucket, this one won't turn it.

My coil is only about 12 turns of #10 wire on my XYL's Tupperware cake dish, 9 inches in diameter.

Very light weight.
