[600MRG] SAQ 17.2 kHz in CT

This 
morning's reception of SAQ on 17.2 kHz produced the best signal-to-noise in >15 years of listening to their summer and winter broadcasts. Although no s meter was available, I'd 
rate copy at a 559 equivalent.
