Yes. He would be a very valuable member of our group. The biggest trouble 
is that his "premises" are quite small, and he will have big trouble installing a 
workable antenna for 600 meters.

He is already very limited as regards antennas even for HF.

Still, I think I will get in direct touch with him and talk about this with him.

He is very imaginative and works hard, so there IS a possibility...
