For those who may be interested, here is another "how to do it" for designing a Class E PA.  The presenter is a guru from Keysight Technologies, the successor to the HP test equipment of a bygone era.  The video's design example uses a frequency that is way above the 600 mrg group's interest, but it is definitely applicable with discrete components at LF and MF. A little more involved than the Tomme Software Class E design aid.
