[600MRG] No decode with WSPR

Be sure you are on USB, not LSB. Your 578-817Hz display is typical. If
the signals are contained withing the 2 minute time slots, they should
decode right dow to where they can barely be seen. If all else fails,
re-install WSPR 2.11.
