[600MRG] Do you feel 630-meters is practical for ham use?

I haven't commented on this up to now.  I think 600m will probably be 
a niche band and appeal to a few that like a challenge (like those on 
160m, or VLF, or microwave, etc.).  The present company are 
represented by folks from all those plus the commemorative marine 
band group.  It will only appeal to CW and some digital modes due to 
the narrow bandwidth being offerred.

But I think that will bring a fair number of hams when it becomes a 
ham band.  Enough to populate it to provide sufficient numbers to 
make operating a nightly process.  Much more than what you are likely 
to find on 1296  or 10-GHz.
