[600MRG] Subject-Subject

Gentlemen  - Recently there has been a flurry of posts regarding the formalization of the 630 meter and as an amateur radio assignment for the USA and its territories.  I agree with the majority of comments submitted!  No argument!  However, the "SUBJECT" line in these recent posts (Measuring Power), and in many of our other past posts does not always summarize the topic being addressed in the body of our comments.  I suggest that we all be more mindful of our posts and make sure that they reflect the SUBJECT.  If we see a need to discuss another topic so be it - Start a new series of posts with an appropriate subject that reflects what is actually being discussed.   When we search the bulletin board archives we can search by "SUBJECT."  Lets not dilute the unique value of the 600mrg archives and frustrate users of this bulletin board (and other bulletin boards specializing in "the world below 535 KHz") by using the wrong SUBJECT to summarize the actual topic of our posting.  Could part of the problem be the ability to make an unlimited thread length?
