[600MRG] Very low halfwave dipole for 630m

GM Everyone - Steve, many thanks for sending this article to the group

Since my antenna at CN98pi suffered a big 'hit' from falling limbs early
this Winter
it looks like this German's efforts are worth trying before re-installing
the old antenna.
