[600MRG] solar cycle predictions

My thanks to Jim and Steve for the lead on the 2014 Shepherd, Zharkov,
Zharkova paper on predictions for the next couple of solar cycles.  That
paper is really interesting and very readable, they go light on the math and
just explain what they're about and what they think will happen.  If they've
gotten it right we're in for a lot of fun on LF and MF in the future.
