I've been busy playing on 160m but will be back up tonight. If we're allowed 5W EIRP as expected, for a typical short vertical that translates into about 1.7W actually radiated. If you can get your radiation efficiency up to 2% then 100W from the transmitter will do the job. Read and weep! 73, Rudy
