[600MRG] WSPR reported Power?

I don't transmit on the MF band although i do listen.  When i run WSPR 
on the HF bands though my reported power is the power i am 
transmitting.  If i report +33 i am running 2 watts out of the transmitter.

Am i in the right room for this or did i miss a msg?
