[600MRG] K3 can now be upgraded to cover LF/MF

My noise floor with the SDR-IQ is -130 dBm without antenna.  Sky 
noise raises this to -115 dBm on the quietest nights so -120 dBm is 
perfectly fine.  I will not be building a transverter for my 
K3.  Just have to save a bit of cash.
