[600MRG] NDB and NAVTEX Station Details

Two questions:  
(1) Is there a US Government web site that associates a particular NDB or NAVTEX station with authorized maximum RF power (be it ERP or RF transmitter output) and that station's basic antenna details? Is there a Canadian web site with similar details for Canadian NDB and NAVTEX stations?
(2) For those NAVTEX stations having both 490 and 518 KHz transmissions, do those stations use the same transmitter and antenna for both bands (with appropriate band switching circuits), or do they use dedicated systems for each band?
 With invaluable guidance from K3SIW,  I have become aware of NAVTEX transmissions and the YaND SeaTTY software.  It amazed me how much stronger the NAVTEX transmissions seem to be in comparison to NDBs located at approximately the same distance away from me.
