[600MRG] conditions for VK/ZL

Several of us have been transmitting WSPR every night but no decodes from 
VK/ZL.  Not to be discouraged!  The solar flux has been rising steadily for 
the past week or so with some CME and flares, getting up towards 150.  There 
is a hint however, it may begin to fall.

I don't know if the flux level really tells us anything but I have hope that 
if it drops back down to the 100 level were it was when we got the last 
decodes we may yet have some propagation down under so I'm going to keep at 
it for the foreseeable future.

When there is a decode I'm going to try to remember to note the solar 
status.  Maybe there'll be some correlation or maybe not???
