[600MRG] Special Event Next Weekend

Gentlemen:

     This is a reminder that the special event
commemorating the Berlin Treaty (which made 500 kHz
the international distress frequency) will be held
next weekend.  Operations will run from local
Friday night through Sunday morning, 10/31 to 11/02.
Participants include the US experimental stations,
Canadian amateurs, and the MRHS.
