[600MRG] WH2XGP operations

Over the last couple weeks 630 meter activity levels have decreased 
quite a bit. I suspect that Holiday season activities, bad winter WX, 
and poor radio conditions have all contributed. Regardless of the 
reason, this looks like a good time for me to work on some station 
maintenance and upgrades.

None of the planned tasks directly involve the 630 meter station but 
will none the less require it to be off the air at times. Depending on 
many factors, the off times might be hours or days or more at a time. I 
hope to finish this work and be back to 24/7 630 meter WSPR/JT operation 
by the first of the year.
