[600MRG] Zero 630m decodes on wspr2 last night at XSV

It is the sun activity that is causing the propagation changes good n 
bad. Summer static of course causes issues but the sun will shut the 
band down or make for some serious enhancement depending on many 
factors. Keep trying :)
