[600MRG] unusual wspr decode

as juicy as it looks, my vote is for phantom decode.  The maindenhead would put it between newfoundland and greenland so would definitely be interesting if someone were playing around.  Not a valid OET callsign.  Wonder if Andy's grabber shows any cached waterfall data?
