[600MRG] PSK-31 Tonight - Really

Got the MMVARI macro behavior kinda figured out, so WG2XKA will run
a PSK beacon tonight with a canned message containing current UTC time. For
sure.

Big tnx to John XIQ for testing the macro with no preconceptions.

TIME: 0200Z until my dawn (EST)  30W output, linear TX chain
FREQUENCY: 474.2 kHz dial + 1000 Hz
MODE: BPSK-31 using MMVARI  (DigiPan, others can RX)
FORMAT: 45 sec canned message, 1 minute of silence (no carrier), repeat

Again, reports welcome...this is really happening this time.
