[600MRG] Last night WSPR spots

Even though the neighbors pump was running last night, 4 station were 
decoded.

WD2XSH/20
VE7BDQ
WG2XSV
WG2XJM

Unfortunately none of the spots for WG2XSV and WG2XJM were reported on 
WSPRnet. At this point I don't know if the problem is on my end or 
WSPRnet. I have been running WSJT-X the last week or so and have noticed 
WSPRnet problems. I plan on going back to WSPR 2.11 and seeing if that 
fixes the problem.

I wonder if anyone else have had issues with WSPRnet recently?
