[600MRG] No Decodes?

Hi Rudy

Sounds not unlike a problem with which I am presently struggling.
Tried to get my daughters Air-Pad Apple computer to work with
my WRT54G router.

Could not get the WRT54G to respond to 192.168.1.1 from my computer
so I could access its gutst to verify passwords, etc. I finally gave up and
removed the power from the WRT54G for 30-seconds and turned it 'on'
again.

PRESTO, I could then access the router and verified the PW and ID's
to discover my 'memory-blanker' was not affecting me negatively.
Instantly, the daughter's computer was working with my previously running
system w/o any changes to her system but THEN my iPad stopped
connecting to the system.

Consternation-of-momentum I guess. My iPad responds to other systems
close-by but no longer my own system! Didn't change a thing other than
power-down/up the router and access its files. I guess I stepped into
Heisenberg's Uncertainty-Principle region and disturbed something by
measuring/looking-at it . . .

I give up !

If you still need some timing-information, send me a note. I have
instructions
that detail the use of "regedit" steps to add to your computer so you can
have it automatically access 'some-site' at a user specified time interval
to
update your time-base.
