Monday I had a 45 minute phone conversation with Wayne ( N6KR ),
Co- Owner of Elecraft , I discussed with Wayne the need for a 10 mhz IF
choice in the Transverter modes.
This would allow us to use the xverter ports ( TX and RX ) with
our homebrew transverters and with a 10MHZ source from an OCXO
or GPS for the L.O. then the K3 dial would read the correct frequency.
This would make a nice stable transverter.
Wayne indicated that he would look at the firmware change.
