[600MRG] 600 meter grid dippers

I still have the HB GDO I built in 1955 from a 1949 CQ article but it hasnt 
been turned on in ages since I picked up a Measurements 59 and coils from 
the National Radio final sell off in 1992.

I also got the 59LF head with it but no coils, someday maybe I'll find a 
set.
